DSGVO & EU AI Act (AI-VO) — Important:
Local-first: snapshots are captured in your browser and stored locally (localStorage or downloadable JSON). You control export/import.
Cloud analysis: when using cloud AI (e.g., remote API), image data and prompts may be transmitted to third-party services — only used to produce the analysis you request.
Legal / compliance notes: This tool is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Do not upload or analyze personal data of others without their consent. Under the EU GDPR (DSGVO) you are the data controller for images you provide; ensure you have proper consent for third-party images.
AI-VO considerations: Analyses are assistive outputs from automated systems. Results may be incomplete or biased — treat outputs as supportive suggestions, not certified facts. No profiling for automated decision-making with legal effects should be performed via this tool.
Limits: Do not rely on this app for medical, legal, or safety-critical assessments. Respect privacy and applicable local laws when sharing or exporting analyses.
